Pet Network Humane Society's adoptable animals are proud participants in the PetSmart Charities National Adoption Weekend, which runs Friday, February 10th to Sunday the 12th.

Purina^® Pro Plan^®, Tidy Cats^® and PetSmart^® are the proud sponsors of this weekend event. Prospective adopters can find Pet Network's adoptable dogs and cats at the PetSmart® stores located at 5110 Mae Anne Ave, Reno (west Reno), & 255 Los Altos Pkwy, Spanish Springs (northeast Reno). Adoptable pets will be at PetSmart from 12 noon to 5 pm on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.

Pet lovers who are ready to make a lifetime commitment to a homeless pet are encouraged to visit the PetSmart Charities Adoption Center on Mae Anne Ave & Los Altos Pkwy where we will be showcasing our amazing adoptable pets! New Volunteer Orientation

Animal Care volunteers work directly with the dogs & cats to provide them with exercise, a clean environment, and general socialization to help them get adopted. All New Volunteer Orientations are held at Pet Network - 401 Village Blvd in Incline Village (2 blocks north of Hwy 28 on Village Blvd).

First, visit the volunteer info page here & fill-out the online Volunteer Application Form. Then, please read the Volunteer Handbook & bring the correct, signed Agreement Form with you to orientation (one for Junior Volunteers under 18 & one for those 18 & over). All forms, the Handbook, & the online Volunteer Application can be accessed by clicking on "Volunteer" on the top menu. If you are interested in helping as an administration/reception volunteer, please email info@petnetwork.org after you have completed the online volunteer application form.

There are endless volunteer opportunities available for people of all ages & skill sets. We currently need volunteers in the Spanish Springs/Reno areas & at our animal shelter in Incline Village. Help us help them by becoming a volunteer today!

Starting September 19th, all volunteers are required to wear a volunteer t-shirt while at Pet Network & off-site events. A one-time $20 fee is now required for all new volunteers to defer the t-shirt & admin costs. Please read the volunteer page here for more information.

Just a reminder: Children 11 years old & under must have a parent accompany them at all times.
