Memorial & In Honor Of Donations

Make the memory of a special event, loved one, friend, or cherished pet, live on through our Memorial and In Honor Of Donation Program.

You can honor the one you love, while helping Pet Network save the lives of our community's homeless & neglected animals. All donations will be published in our newsletter & on our website. Thank you for giving the gift of life & good health to the animals in our care!

Memorial & In Honor Of donations can be made online (through PayPal) or by printing & mailing the form attachment at the bottom of the page. Make sure to fill-out the form completely & include the message that you would like to appear in our newsletter & on the website. Please send only checks or credit card information by mail.

Remember: Every Memorial & In Honor Of donation over $100 includes an engraved gold leaf on the Tree of Life in our shelter lobby. Unless specified, the message on your engraved leaf will be the same as your memorial message. Please write info@petnetwork.org if you would like a different message on your Tree of Life leaf.
